Lost n Found Booking & Shop Policies
Children’s Cuts - 12 years and under. Skin fades and Shaves are not eligible at this price.
Prices From - Prices stated are all an estimate. If your service requires more attention or you have booked with a Senior Barber, you may incur additional costs. You will be made aware of this during consultation.
Late cancellation & No Shows - Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to appointment may incur a 50% fee. No Shows will incur a 100% service fee. These fees will be based on the price of the service booked. Late arrivals of 15 minutes will also be regarded as a NO SHOW and will be charged as it does not leave us long enough to fulfill your service. Please call if you are going to be late. Confirmation of Appointments - A text message will be sent asking you to confirm your booking with a card. Your card will not be charged unless you would like to use it as payment at the end of your appointment or if you fail to attend and do not give notice. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in it being cancelled.
Behaviour & Conduct - As much as we love to service the youngsters of the community. We will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour (from anyone) and we may ask that they leave. If your child is screaming and clearly not happy to have a haircut, we will not cut it. We are not here to torture anyone no matter how much you may want it cut. We also ask that you be mindful of others in our shop. You may be charged a booking fee if we cannot go ahead with your little ones haircut.
Appointments may be moved back or forwards 15 minutes on the rare occasion to fill in gaps that can occur between bookings. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED. If you do not wish for this to happen, please state in your notes upon booking.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please make the booking under their name.
